Cross Country Training

Cross country is on TOP!!!

For cross country i have set a goal for myself running ten laps maximum.
Every cross country i try and run 10 laps when my leg is sore i run 4 laps or more each time
I want to try and finish the second sheet and get on to the third sheet.

I cant wait for cross country.
